BIA Annual Parliament Day - London

The BIA annual Parliament Day brings together Chief Executives and senior-level representatives from our member companies and puts them directly in front of Ministers, parliamentarians and senior civil servants to raise awareness of the issues affecting our sector. Register your interest in attending this year’s event now.

Places for Parliament Day are now full. If you would like to go on the waiting list please use the enquire button.

We will be delighted to welcome you to the Summer Networking Reception taking place after Parliament Day. Please register via the ink below.

Our annual Parliament Day is vital in putting a face to bioscience companies. It is your opportunity to tell policymakers what you do, how you do it, and what you need from them to make your work easier. There will also be plenty of time throughout the day to network with colleagues from across the life sciences sector.

Full details will be confirmed nearer the date but you can expect an all-day agenda, with an 8.00am breakfast briefing followed by a series of short meetings with parliamentarians and civil servants. There will be an opportunity to relax and network over lunch, and a wrap-up session to close the day at approximately 17.30 (TBC).

Parliament Day will be followed by the BIA’s Summer Networking Reception, 18.30-21.00 at the IET Savoy Place, a short stroll from Westminster. To attend the evening reception please register separately online.

Parliament Day is only made possible thanks to committed member involvement to powerfully represent the sector. The day is aimed squarely at Chief Executives and senior individuals from our corporate member base.

Policymakers value the opportunity to talk directly with business leaders and decision makers, and the high calibre of representation each year is part of its success. Please register your interest to take part and we will do our best to accommodate requests - although spaces are limited.
